Privacy Policy















Insurance Classroom takes all reasonable measures to protect information to which we may be privy through your use of the www.InsuranceClassroom.com website (the “Site”). It is our intent to safeguard your personal information and protect your privacy.  The following policy applies to this Site only.  You should review the privacy policy of any other website that you may access from this Site, as those third party polices may differ from this policy.

We use Personal Information to provide goods and services requested by you to respond to requests, report information on credits earned to the appropriate state agency, store test results for you to access, save in-progress tests, process payment. We may use service vendors, contractors and authorized third-party agents. We may share Personal Information with service vendors, authorized third-party agents or contractors in order to provide a requested service or transaction, including the processing of orders and processing of credit card transaction. We will only provide such third parties with the minimum amount of Personal Information necessary to provide the services on our behalf or to provide services to our customers. Protection of Data:  To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect the information we collect online.

Changes to our Policy:  We may, from time to time, update or revise our Privacy Policy.  Any revised version will be posted on the Site.  

California Privacy Rights:  For the purpose of California Civil Code §1898.83, we have disclosed our Privacy Policy above and provided users of the Site with a cost-free option to opt-out of our use of your Personal Information by third parties for marketing purposes.
